We have designed and manufactured an HD type 5-ton single beam overhead crane for a shipyard in Maldives. This overhead crane has a span of 24.38 meters, a lifting height of 10.7 meters, and a running length of 64 meters. Our engineers recorded the installation process of this overhead crane through pictures and videos.

The environmental conditions of shipyards may be complex, including harsh environmental factors such as high temperature, high humidity, and salt spray. When selecting a bridge crane, the impact of these factors on the equipment should be considered, and corresponding protective measures should be taken to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
