The QZ double-beam grab crane is suitable for warehouses and workshops of metallurgy, cement, chemical and other enterprises to handle ore, limestone, mineral powder, coke, coal sand and other bulk materials indoors or in the open air and between fixed spans. Generally The tonnage is not more than 20 tons. This machine consists of five parts: box-shaped bridge frame, cart operating mechanism, trolley, grab bucket, and electrical equipment. All mechanisms are controlled in the control room. The pick-up device is a double-roller four-rope grab with a simple structure and reliable operation. The grab can be opened and closed at any height. When the captured material particles are less than 100mm, the effect is good and the production efficiency is high. When the captured material particles are larger than 200mm, a toothed grab is required.
